Gut, es handelt sich um ein Restaurant für Allesfresser aber dennoch weist die Karte ca. 5 vegane Gerichte auf. Die Bedienung ist super nett und das hausgemachte Seitan ist vermutlich das Beste auf der ganzen Welt! Insofern ist das Saigon trotz des Fleischüberschusses eine echte Empfehlung.
