Shojin Ryori is a Japanese vegetarian cuisine that was originated from Zen temples and was popularize in the 13 th Century.
You can read on the restaurant’s website that it is a vegetarian place but no worries like in many far east Asian places vegetarian means here vegan.
The restaurant - according to Singapore standard - is quite pricey.
It seems to be opened seven days a week but I don’t know more yet.
